It was all smiles as the Memorandum of Understanding between the Consumer Affairs Commission and the Office of the Public Defender was signed on July 13, 2017. Mrs. Dolsie Allen, Chief Executive Officer, Consumer Affairs Commission (left), Mr. Kent Gammon, Chairman, Consumer Affairs Commission and Mrs. Arlene Harrison Henry, Public Defender, Office of the Public Defender (right) and guiding the proceedings is Ms. Latoya Halstead, Director of Communications at the Consumer Affairs Commission.
